LEGAL BASIS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW

1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The company Tiendas Williot SL with registered office at Partida de Algorós, Polígono 2 N53-a, Elche (Alicante) and identified with the number B42520858 organizes the draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusive for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.
The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of the brand's customers.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on October 15, 2021 and will end on October 25, 2021.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements will be as follows:
Only those who place an order over €20 in the online store williot.net and accept the box to participate in the draw during the purchase process will be able to participate.
If participation in the draw is accepted, customers will not be entitled to a refund of the order placed, but rather to an exchange or a voucher valid for one year.
Participants may participate as many times as they place web orders.
4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be notified by email on October 26th, along with the certificate of validity of the draw.
The prize will consist of a double ticket to the Elche CF vs Real Madrid match on October 30, 2021. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration.
Tickets can be collected at the ticket office before or on the day of the match.
The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
6.-EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that may prevent the execution of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
7.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file, owned by this entity, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, right to be forgotten and no longer to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to hola@williot.net or by sending a letter to the following address: Partida de Algorós, Polígono 2 N53-a, Elche (Alicante), attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document.
8. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms and conditions, provided that it does not harm or diminish the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The courts of the city of residence of the participants shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these terms and conditions.
