EXCHANGE/RETURN CONDITIONS

The exchange period is extended until January 10th, but the return period remains in effect for 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

CHANGES

The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt of their order to request any changes.

The first change is completely free.

In subsequent orders, the customer will assume the cost of a new shipment worth €6.99, which will be included in their order.

Returns and exchanges incur a cost of €4.99

No exchanges will be accepted for used or damaged garments except for those with reasonable wear as a result of checking and trying on the item and/or that do not have the original labeling unless it is a manufacturing defect or flaw.

For hygiene reasons, changes to underwear, socks, or perfumes cannot be requested, except in cases of damage or defects.

Options:

  • In-store exchange. Customers can exchange their order at any of our physical stores, except multi-brand or franchise stores. Presentation of the order confirmation email or delivery note (for online orders) is required.
  • Request your exchange here, where you will need to enter your order number and the email address used during the purchase process. If you purchased as a guest, please contact hola@williot.com

For changes to orders delivered to Portugal, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the customer has two options:

  • To request a refund, please email hola@williot.com and place a new order for the desired items, assuming all shipping costs for the items from your original order to our warehouse. Once received and verified, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours. These timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on your bank.
  • Request the change here , at a cost of €6.99

For orders from other countries, the customer must request an exchange by emailing hola@williot.com and place a new order with the desired items, assuming all shipping costs for the items from their original order to our warehouse. Once received and duly verified, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours; these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the customer's bank.

If you have multiple orders to make the change, they must be requested independently.

Any change of delivery address for the new order must be communicated in writing at least 24 business hours before shipment to hola@williot.com

Otherwise, reshipment will incur a cost of €4.99 payable upon delivery.

The collection and delivery of the new items requested will be carried out independently by the transport agency.

Items that are part of a pack are indivisible and any exchange must be requested in writing to hola@williot.com

RETURNS

The customer has 15 calendar days from receipt of their order to request any return.

Returns of used or damaged garments will not be accepted except for those with reasonable wear as a result of checking and trying on the item and/or that do not have the original labeling unless it is a manufacturing defect or flaw.

Options:

  1. Free in-store returns. Customers can return their order at any of our physical stores, excluding multi-brand stores and franchises. The order confirmation email or delivery note (for online orders) must be presented. Refunds for online orders will be issued to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours.
  2. Return with Correos Express collection service: €4.99
  3. Return with delivery to Post Office or Citypaq: €4.99

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders that include discounted items are not eligible for free returns, and the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with this process. Once received and duly inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours.

For returns of orders delivered to Portugal, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the customer has two options:

For orders from other countries, the customer must request a return within the established timeframe by emailing hola@williot.com and will be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted items from their order to our warehouse. Once received and duly inspected, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours; these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the customer's bank.

Items that are part of a pack are indivisible and cannot be returned separately. If a partial return is requested, the applied discount will be voided. The price of the items not returned will be the price shown on the website at the time of the order, minus any discount received.
