PURCHASE PROCEDURE

To place an order, you must register. SHIPPING METHOD, COSTS AND TIME

The ADMINISTRATOR ships orders to its customers through various reputable national and international express courier companies. The delivery date to the User's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping zone. The usual delivery time is 2 to 4 days for orders delivered within mainland Spain (though this may take up to 7 days in exceptional cases), and 2 to 10 days for the Balearic Islands. For orders delivered to international addresses, the delivery time will be one to two weeks. These delivery times are estimates. During the Christmas and sales period, delivery times may increase significantly and are subject to availability.

Shipping costs are displayed on the website when placing the order and prior to its confirmation.

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier makes the product available to the customer and the recipient signs for the delivery. It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and report any discrepancies or claims.
