GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
The delivery date to the customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area.
Shipping times are approximate and may be extended during sales periods, special promotions or Christmas, and are subject to the availability of the requested items.
Shipping costs are displayed on the website when placing the order and prior to its confirmation.
During the sale period, all orders, regardless of the total amount, will incur shipping costs of €4.99.
Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the customer by the carrier and the customer signs for its receipt.
It is the recipient's responsibility to check the products upon receipt and report any discrepancies or claims that may be justified within a maximum of 72 business hours in writing to hola@williot.com
Any order cancellation or address change must be requested in writing to hola@williot.com within a maximum of 12 hours from the time the order was placed.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the corresponding shipping costs of €4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount in case of cancellation, and the same amount will be payable upon delivery in case of address changes.

- *** For orders placed from countries outside the European Union, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and order volume. This information will be displayed in detail before you finalize your purchase.
Customs duties and other import taxes are not included. The customer or recipient is responsible for paying these charges in order to receive their items.
If payment is not received or the order is rejected once it has been shipped, the cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Williot is exempt from any delays in customs clearance.
CHANGES
1. The customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of their order to request any changes.
2. The first change is completely free.
From now on, shipping will cost €6.99, which will be included in your new order.
3. Any return associated with an exchange will incur a cost of €4.99
4. Exchanges of used or damaged garments will not be accepted except for those with reasonable wear as a result of checking and trying on the item and/or that do not have the original labeling unless it is a manufacturing defect or flaw.
5. For hygiene reasons, changes to underwear, socks or perfumes cannot be requested, except in the case of a defect or flaw.
6. Available options:
- In-store exchange (except multi-brand or franchise stores): The customer can change their order, provided they present the order confirmation email or delivery note in the case of web orders.
- Request your change here by entering your order number and email address used during your purchase process.

7. Change of orders served in Portugal, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla:
- Place a new order and send the unwanted items back to our warehouse, covering the shipping costs. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
- Request the change here , at a cost of €6.99
8. For orders from the rest of the world:
- Place a new order with the desired items, assuming all shipping costs for the items from your original order to our warehouse. Once received and duly verified, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
9. If you have several orders to make the change, they must be requested independently.
10. The collection and delivery of the new items requested will be carried out independently by the transport agency.
11. Items that are part of a pack are indivisible and any exchange must be requested in writing to hola@williot.com
12. The refund will be made to the original payment method within the next 24-48 business hours, these deadlines being indicative depending on the customer's bank.
RETURNS
1. The customer has 15 calendar days from receipt of their order to request any return.
2. Returns of used or damaged garments will not be accepted except for those with reasonable wear as a result of checking and trying on the item and/or that do not have the original labeling unless it is a manufacturing defect or flaw.
3. Available options:
- Free in-store returns (except multi-brand or franchise stores): The customer can return their order, provided they present the order confirmation email or delivery note in the case of web orders.
- Return with Correos Express collection service: €4.99
- Return with delivery to Post Office or Citypaq: €4.99

5. Returns of orders delivered in Portugal, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the world:
The customer must ship the unwanted items to our warehouse, assuming all shipping costs. Once received and duly verified, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
6. If you have several orders to return, they must be requested separately.
7. Orders that include discounted items are not eligible for free returns, and the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with this process. Once received and duly verified, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours.
8. Items that are part of a pack are indivisible and cannot be returned separately. If a partial return is requested, the applied discount will be voided. The price of the items the customer does not return will be the price shown on the website at the time of the order, less any discount obtained from the total amount to be refunded.
9. The refund will be made to the original payment method within the next 24-48 business hours, these timeframes being indicative depending on the customer's bank.
10. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
